A personal trainer with more than 18 years’ experience in the fitness industry, Graeme teaches individuals how to get the best out of their PT sessions by combining fun with hard graft.
He is currently a master trainer for the UK’s leading leisure club, delivering a boutique fitness programme which focuses on running, mixed martial arts and strength training, and fronting outdoor sessions designed to get clients ready for that next obstacle course race. In 2019 one of his classes was named in a top 20 compiled by the UK-wide Men’s Health magazine.
Graeme knows how to help people hit the heights, literally! He trained world record holder Mollie Hughes before her second Everest expedition, when she became the youngest female to summit the mountain from the North and South side.
When he’s not training or teaching, Edinburgh-based Graeme loves drinking coffee, cutting the grass in his back garden and trying his hand at DIY jobs around the house, all while wearing his favourite Vivo Barefoot.
The coronavirus pandemic has heightened everyone’s reliance on home workouts and the importance of squeezing exercise into our daily routines, but it is something Emma has been passionate about for years.
A newly-qualified personal trainer with level 2 and 3 certificates from Premier Global NASM, Emma is enthusiastic about ensuring that clients with very hectic lives can remain fit, healthy and happy. She knows exactly what it takes to keep fit while juggling an office job and the kids, and she designs excellent programmes to help others do the same.
Emma, who is currently training a client to pass the fitness entry exam for the RAF, loves running. She has competed in everything from a 5k to a marathon and can often be seen pounding the streets of Edinburgh in all weathers. And when she’s not doing some form of workout, you'll find her in the great outdoors with Graeme and their two daughters.
