The data you provide when registering to use the Workout Generator will be stored within the database of this website. This data will never be shared with any third parties and will be deleted upon your request if you wish it to be removed. We may occasionally contact you with information about the Workout Generator or your access to it. If you provide a leaderboard name when registering for the Workout Generator, you will be included in our Hall of Fame but only your leaderboard name and ranking points/status will be displayed (no other personal information is displayed). To remove yourself from the Hall of Fame, click the ‘Remove me from the Hall of Fame’ button below the table or send us an email at contactworkoutgenerator@gmail.com. If you haven’t logged in to the Workout Generator for more than 1 year and you have no remaining credits on your account, your user profile will be deleted. The purchase of Workout Generator credits is processed by Paypal but you don’t need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase – simply choose Guest Checkout on the checkout page. No payment details are stored by this website. Each time you log in to the Workout Generator, one workout credit is used. You can stay logged in to the Workout Generator for two hours before you will be automatically logged out, so you can squeeze in more than one workout into that time if you wish. We cannot offer a refund for credits bought in error.
Workout credits have no ‘use by’ date. If the operators of the Workout Generator decide to terminate the service, any users with workout credits remaining will be notified by email and given 30 days to use up those credits before the service is terminated.
Users who have registered but never activated their account by clicking the link in the activation email will be removed from the system three months after initial registration.
